The Wednesday Business Club management team have been discussing how best to respond to the current COVID 19 situation.
Upon consideration, we feel we should cancel all meetings in the short term. This would unfortunately include the forthcoming Expo, but that would have likely been poorly attended in the current climate anyway.
We are currently trying to set up a virtual meeting format, so that we can all use the Wednesday morning slot in our diaries for a networking opportunity. We have not agreed on the format or the best technology to use, but we will be in touch regarding this shortly.
We would like to encourage all members to still connect in some way using whatever tech you feel best suits. This could be a simple phone call, Skype, Facetime or Zoom but either way the continued support for each other is vital and also 1-2-1’s should continue anyway.
We will continue to review the situation and keep you all informed of any decisions we make.
