Roy is an Associate with Higher Rights in the Employment team based in Bicester.  Having ‘Higher Rights’ provides him with the ability to act for clients from the onset of a matter and also represent the client at an Employment Tribunal (up to the Supreme Court).

Roy’s practice involves a wealth of expertise in both contentious and advisory elements of the law including discrimination, whistleblowing claims, restrictive covenants, breach of contract claims, settlement agreements, unfair dismissal claims and harassment claims.
