Cecile works with leaders from all industries, including the Tech and gaming industries, who are:

• taken for granted in their career and are looking to be challenged, recognised and have a meaningful impact,​

• reliable team players who often prioritise others' needs over their own and are struggling as a leader to navigate toxic, dysfunctional or patriarchal organisations,​

• encountering the “mid-career itch” and wondering whether they’re where they’re supposed to be,

• introverted or sensitive leaders, preferring quiet and space, wanting to have a stronger voice in their organisation.

About the WBC

The WBC open meetings are just that, open to all business categories. In general we have an interesting speaker from the public or private sector and on occasion from a local charity. The event offers plenty of time for networking, both before and after the event and a great breakfast. These meetings are a great place to further improve your network contacts and build on the connectivity between businesses locally. Guests are therefore very welcome to attend whether new to networking or a seasoned pro, we always look forward to meeting you.
